This system is a very easy and safe method of proof load testing. You only need to carry lightweight waterbags and place them in the correct position. A manifold together with hoses are used to control the filling and emptying of the bags. This method is very safe as there is never any need to enter the lifeboat in the 'dangerous' overload situation.
